A simpler hand-off
Before
With TimePilot
The product doing the work
TimePilot turns the original form into reviewable Line items, while keeping uncertainty visible to the person responsible for payroll.

Compare the original paper timesheet with the structured Line items produced from it.
Low-confidence values keep their source coordinates and return to a person for acknowledgement or correction.
Missing times, invalid required values and unresolved Employees remain distinct Exceptions—not a vague error state.
Reviewers can see import versions and the history of changes made before submission.
When enabled, one authorised approver clears the corrected Batch or requests a documented change.
Export all or selected eligible Line items while unresolved employees stay safely held back.
Flexible fields
The fields TimePilot can capture depend on your timesheet format and Company configuration. The standard workflow does not guarantee that every field listed here applies to every setup.
A controlled hand-off
The final destination remains your system of record. TimePilot prepares the reviewed data that moves towards it.
Who this is for
TimePilot is designed for operational organisations where practical capture processes and central payroll administration have to coexist.
Questions, answered
Straight answers about what TimePilot does today and where it fits.
That is an intended core capability. TimePilot extracts handwritten and printed fields and marks uncertain values for human review rather than hiding that uncertainty.
Not necessarily. Field support depends on the layout and Company configuration, so an existing form needs to be assessed rather than assumed compatible sight unseen.
The field is shown as missing, invalid or low confidence as appropriate. An Administrator can compare it with the source and correct it before submission.
Yes. Review and correction happen before export, with an optional single approval step that can be required by Company policy.
Not in the MVP. TimePilot prepares reviewed CSV, Excel or JSON output for a controlled hand-off. Direct payroll integrations are a later-stage direction.
Eligible Line items can be exported selectively while unresolved Employees or invalid required values are held back for further review.
A calmer path to payroll
Give payroll a structured review path without turning a practical floor or site process into a company-wide software rollout.
