Cookie and storage notice

Last reviewed 19 September 2026

This notice explains the cookies, browser storage, tokens and similar technologies relevant to the TimePilot marketing website.

Strictly necessary security

The early-access form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Turnstile runs client-side security challenges and may use short-lived browser or device signals and storage needed to complete verification. The resulting token is sent to the TimePilot server and validated by Cloudflare before a new submission is accepted.

Cloudflare may also use request-security and delivery technologies needed to serve and protect the website. Blocking necessary technologies can prevent verification or submission from working.

Submission state

The website generates a submission identifier in memory so an interrupted request can be retried without intentionally creating another record. The current implementation does not persist that identifier in a TimePilot cookie, local storage or session storage.

Optional analytics and error monitoring

If you select Allow analytics, PostHog stores an anonymous identifier and limited analytics state in this browser's local storage and receives page views, browser and device information. TimePilot disables PostHog autocapture, session replay, surveys and advertising uses, and does not send early-access form fields.

When Sentry is configured, the same choice enables it to receive scrubbed browser error events used to diagnose failures. Sentry is configured without performance tracing, session replay, user details, breadcrumbs, form contents, cookies or URL query values.

Your choice

The website stores your accept-or-reject choice in local storage under timepilot_optional_telemetry_consent_v1. Optional providers remain inactive until you allow them. Rejecting does not block the website or an early-access request.

You can reopen Cookie choices from the footer at any time. Rejecting after acceptance stops future optional collection and asks PostHog to clear its analytics persistence. This choice does not authorise marketing email, advertising, AI processing or acceptance of service terms.
