Can factory workers keep using paper timesheets?
Yes. TimePilot is designed so the wider workforce can keep a familiar capture process while payroll changes how that information is structured and reviewed.
How does TimePilot handle different shifts?
Each extracted entry becomes a structured Line item. Start, finish, break, ordinary and overtime values can then be checked against the Company's configured fields and rules.
What happens when handwriting is unclear?
Low-confidence fields are surfaced for an Administrator to compare with the Source document. TimePilot does not silently treat an uncertain reading as approved payroll data.
Can supervisors approve timesheets?
The MVP supports one optional approval step after correction. An authorised approver can approve a submitted Batch or request changes with a note.
Which payroll systems can manufacturing teams use?
TimePilot is payroll-system agnostic and prepares CSV, Excel or JSON output. A direct native connection should only be assumed where one is explicitly confirmed; direct integrations are planned beyond the MVP.
