Website terms
Last reviewed 18 September 2026
These terms apply to the TimePilot marketing website and early-access list operated by RE Technologies. They do not create a paid subscription, product account or promise that a previewed feature will be released.
Business identity and contact
RE Technologies is a registered Australian business name, ABN 62 127 504 482. TimePilot is the product name used on this website. Questions about these website terms may be sent to legal@timepilot.au.
Website and early-access scope
The website explains an intended product direction and lets you register interest in early access. Joining the list does not guarantee access, a release date, a particular feature, compatibility with a payroll system, pricing or continued availability.
Illustrations and product screens are previews. Direct payroll integrations, production capabilities and outcomes apply only when TimePilot expressly confirms that they are available to you.
Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with it, bypass security or submission limits, submit malicious material, impersonate another person, or use another person's contact details without authority.
Your information and communications
You confirm that the details you submit are accurate enough for us to respond and that you are authorised to provide them. Registering for early access authorises communications about that request; it does not create consent for unrelated marketing.
How the website handles personal information is described in the TimePilot privacy notice. You may withdraw from future optional communications using the method in a message or by contacting the privacy address in that notice.
Intellectual property
RE Technologies and its licensors own the website, TimePilot software previews, documentation, branding and related intellectual property. You may view and use the website for its intended informational purpose, but may not copy, sell or misrepresent it except where law gives you a non-excludable right.
Preview information and your decisions
Website content is general information, not payroll, tax, accounting, employment, legal or compliance advice. You remain responsible for checking timesheets, employment rules, awards, calculations, approvals, exports and payroll entries before relying on them.
TimePilot is intended to support review and hand-off. A preview, extraction or generated output is not an approval to pay wages, submit payroll or meet a record-keeping obligation.
Availability and warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this website, its preview content and the early-access list are provided “as is” and “as available”. RE Technologies does not voluntarily guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, accurate, compatible or released in their current form.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
Third-party services
The website may rely on providers for hosting, security, form processing and email delivery, and may link to third-party websites. Their own terms and privacy information apply to their independent services. The TimePilot privacy and cookie notices identify the roles currently relevant to this website.
Changes and governing law
RE Technologies may update this website and these terms prospectively. Material changes are identified by the displayed review date or by additional notice where required. Unless mandatory law says otherwise, Queensland law governs these website terms and the parties submit to Queensland courts.
