These commercial terms apply when you explicitly select and accept a paid timepilot plan. They supplement the timepilot service schedule and applicable master service terms.
Prices and allowances
Prices are in Australian dollars. Starter costs $59 per month and includes 250 timesheets; Business $129 and 750; Growth $249 and 2,000; Scale $499 and 5,000. Additional timesheets cost 35¢, 25¢, 18¢ and 12¢ respectively, billed monthly. The applicable total and tax treatment are displayed before subscribing. Enterprise services require a separate agreed offer.
What counts as a timesheet
One employee's logical source import counts as one timesheet, regardless of its number of line items. A bulk import with several employees counts once for each employee. Reprocessing the same logical source, correcting it, reviewing it and exporting it do not add usage. Failed imports without imported timesheet rows are not charged. Additional usage is recorded at the plan rate in effect when the timesheet is processed.
Annual payments and additional usage
Annual base payments are $590, $1,290, $2,490 or $4,990 upfront for twelve months. Timesheet allowances reset monthly on the subscription usage cycle; they are not pooled annually and unused allowances do not roll over. Additional usage is invoiced monthly even when the base subscription is annual. Paid plans continue processing above their included allowance.
Plan changes and cancellation
An upgrade takes effect when Stripe successfully collects the prorated upgrade invoice, with credit for unused base subscription time. Downgrades take effect at the current base subscription renewal and do not create a mid-period credit or refund. Manage payment details, invoices and cancellation through Settings → Billing. Contact hello@timepilot.au for billing-interval changes or amendments to an existing scheduled change. These commercial rules do not exclude rights or remedies available under applicable Australian consumer law.
Once-only free workspace allowance
An eligible business domain may create one self-service Company workspace. Its free allowance is 100 timesheets and one AI Excel import mapping, once, with unlimited people invited to that workspace. No card is required and free use does not automatically convert into paid use. Closing or deleting a workspace does not reset domain eligibility. Only the founder may grant additional free allowance through the admin center. Approved Excel mappings may be reused; mapping creation has a ten-request daily operational limit.
Notifications and acceptance
Administrators can enable email usage warnings and plan recommendations in Billing. Estimates may change as usage increases. A subscription or plan change requires explicit acceptance of the selected price, allowance and additional usage rate; timepilot records the offer and accepting account. No subscription is created simply by using the ROI calculator or joining a mailing list.
